Meetings are scheduled on the First and Third Monday of each month. If a holiday falls on Monday, the meeting will be held on the following Tuesday. The only Tuesday meeting in 2025 is Tuesday, September 2 at 4:00 P.M.

Meetings are held on the third floor in Hearing Room 338 of the Howard County Administration Center located at 220 N. Main Street, Kokomo, IN. All meetings are open to the public.
