SB287 may not pass in the Senate chamber due to opposition of strong testimony from some teachers and their unions. This bill requires school board candidates to declare their political party so the general public can have transparency on who we are voting for which is NOT what the other side wants conservatives to have.

This bill is now back in the Senate chamber so you will need to contact your Senator in your district directly by phone, email or in person. There is a renewed effort to kill this bill! If you don’t speak up now this bill may not pass!!!!
