IDEM Public Meeting re: Jaewon Thur April 10 6:00 PM

The Indiana Dept of Environmental Management (IDEM) has received an application from JWA Co., LTD (aka Jaewon) for a significant modification of its Administrative Party 70 Operating Permit issued on February 20, 2024.  IDEM’s Office of Air Quality (OAQ) issues this type of permit to regulate the operation of existing sources and modifications at existing sources that release air pollutants.  Due to several comments received by IDEM from interested parties, a public meeting will be held on April 10, 2025 at 6:00 PM to discuss air permitting for JWA CO., LTD.  Come to IVY Tech Community College, Health Professions Center-Hingst Hall (Door 1) 1901 E. Morgan St., Kokomo.
